What to Expect
1
Consult
Schedule your 30 minute consultation. Simply provide your contact information, and we'll get back to you.
2
Strategize
Once retained, we will thoroughly review the charges against you, identify any deficiencies in the case, provide you with a legal opinion, and formulate a comprehensive legal strategy.
3
Negotiate
A critical part of the process is negotiating on your behalf with the Crown Attorney. This is key to understanding your options and being able to make important decisions about your charges. In some cases, a next step may be having a Judicial Pre-Trial to obtain a Judge's input on your case.
4
Resolution/Trial
If your charges are not withdrawn or a favourable resolution is not agreed upon, then the matter will be set for trial.
